Get your Christmas Trees ready and come join us on our Albans Christmas Tree Decorating Contest! This is gonna be a fun and magical Christmas event in Charleston, WV!
Event Details
St. Albans Chamber of Commerce has partnered with City National Bank and Truist Bank in St. Albans to host a Tree Decorating Contest open to all individuals, groups and businesses. The goal of the contest is to collect the most canned goods donations under your tree counted as votes for Best Decorated Tree. The votes (canned goods donations) will be totaled on December 16th at 4:00 PM. Winners will be announced the following week.

To enter the St. Albans Christmas Tree Decorating Contest, please contact Patty Swango at 304 549 4100 or by email at paradeladysa@gmail.com.
Individuals, groups, and businesses wishing to participate in the event will be required to provide their own tree and theme for their entry. 6ft trees are preferred. All trees must be up and decorated at either Truist Bank or City National lobbies on 6th Avenue in St. Albans by December 2nd.
Voting through December 16th.
Prizes will be awarded to the tree with the most canned goods donations. Food donations collected will be donated to Christ’s Kitchen and other charitable organizations.
Monetary prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place to be presented at St. Albans City Council Meeting, 6:30 PM, Tuesday, January 3rd, at the Council Chambers located at 51 6th Avenue in St. Albans.
